"Love these guys! The heat in my girlfriend's parents house had stopped working more than 10 years ago and Real Time Bros came out and inspected it and gave us highly informative recommendations. They were honest and friendly.

We decided to proceed with the replacement of the furnace. They came out promptly and fixed it within a few hours! Steve and Jesse worked fast and professionally. In fact, the heater is working a little too well and I am sweating as I write this, but my gf's family is happy so I am too.

We still have some more work to do on the house and will definitely be requesting their services again!

"By far impeccable service!!! I called on a Thursday afternoon and Paul immediately got me on their schedule the next day Friday, 3-5. I'm sure they're extremely busy during this heat wave and it's the Friday, of Labor Day weekend. I appreciate the quick response!

Friday comes along and already at 3:34 pm Kekoa calls to let me know he'll be over within 20 mins. He arrives before then. My first impression was he's very professional and respectful. He serviced our AC with excellence. He went out of his way to explain each step and process easily for me to understand. And then explained and repeated himself over the phone to my husband.

Even with all the chaos going around in the house we had kids in the pool, visitors, and deliver guy; Kekoa was calm and patient as I was getting pulled in many directions. To top it off the price was reasonable!!!!

"Amazing company, service and work. I called Andrew for a job on a wall heater at a vacation rental. Truth be told, my experience with the company did not start off well because there was an issue with the appointment time however I feel like Andrew genuinely was trying to make up for it and the best part is that he did take full responsibility with the scheduling mistake.

Look, mistakes do happen, we all make them. The mistake is not the problem but how you handle that mistake is the difference for me of whether I want to do business with you again or not and the way that Andrew handled the situation converted me to a loyal client.

The company is very professional and efficient. Their prices are reasonable and I don't feel like they are ripping me off or trying to charge me for every little thing. There's companies out there that will try to milk it in an urgent situation and I never felt that with them. Thank you again for your time and for caring about your clients."
"These guys are the real deal. I hired them to remove the original asbestos covered ducts in my attic, and replace them with new larger higher flow duct work. They also added R39 insulation to help keep the house cooler, and allow the AC unit to run more efficiently and cooler.

I was very pleased with the efficiency of their sales, and installation crew, as well as the care and involvement of the partners of the business. Definitely highly recommended for any and all of your future AC and heating repairs and service.

p.s. They also do drywall repair work and popcorn ceiling removal."
"I found Real Time Bros after reading a favorable Nextdoor review. Our AC was crapping out during a heat wave, and having never gotten our AC unit serviced in years and because it was the peak of summer, I feared the worst in terms of price and scheduling. Thankfully, they were able to schedule me in a couple of days from when I called.

Kekoa was awesome in explaining everything he was doing and thorough with his work. He explained what readings mean what, and offered may self-service tips to maintain upkeep of the AC unit myself. After cleaning the condenser, inspecting the compressor, and checking our readings, he recommended a hard-start kit to bring our LRA (IIRC) to normal levels. He also threw in a free capacitor to replace the janky set up he found, which was an unexpected nicety. What really impressed me about the service was the blunt honesty, which was our unit is a bit underpowered, but everything checks out, the hard start kit will prolong its life, and let it run to the ground here on out.
